My name is Pat Mcgrath and I have been a practising psychotherapist for the past 15 years.
I work as a psychotherapist and counsellor in private practice as well as with a counselling agency.
I am committed to providing psychotherapy and counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis, or for an agreed time period.
I work with the aim of enabling you to understand and enhance your life, to live it more fully.
My psychotherapy practice is located in Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 5ZD and is within easy reach of Brighton, and Worthing in West Sussex - I offer face to face sessions at the Shoreham-by-Sea practice
